Is it really that time already?
What happened to my summer??
Why are there so many projects still to do, on my to-do list??
**BIG SIGH**
So, tomorrow is evaluation day....yes, we waited a little long this year to schedule that in! :P
I think I dread evaluations worse than my kids do....it's really an evaluation of how well I've been teaching my kids, not?? :/ I know I need to improve even more on their writing and literature skills....math is going well, spelling has improved, science and history are just....FUN!! And reading is not even an issue...it happens all the time, because they love it!!
I thought we would start school the 1st full week of August, but then that is the week our church chose to have VBS. We usually do it in July!!
So, then I thought, okay, the 2nd week....well, turns out my nephew decided to get married that week. We didn't think we were going to be able to go, since it's in Ohio, but my generous brothers, sisters and parents are paying the way for us!!!! :) They are the BOMB!!
But that puts us back ANOTHER week....and I'm really thinking I may need a week to unwind from a trip and just get things ready!! *another sigh*
So, I guess time will tell when we actually begin, but I know it will be before I am ready!! :) Ready or not, we will begin!! :)
